As the New Hampshire State Treasurer, I am pleased to welcome you to BidNH, the Treasury's electronic bidding auction for certificates of deposit. This easy to use electronic bidding process utilizes an innovative technology designed to enhance, simplify and maximize the investment of our State's financial assets, using the latest web-based technology, as well as benefit all of our stakeholders.

BidNH is available to all eligible New Hampshire banks that elect to participate in these auctions, using a competitive electronic process for bidding on State funds. BidNH provides a transparent, efficient and equitable means for investing in New Hampshire state funds and provides broader access to State funds.

The competition fostered by BidNH will enhance our efforts to obtain the highest rates of return available on public money which directly benefits New Hampshire taxpayers. The financial institutions that offer the best rates will be awarded the funds.

The Treasury will have a more efficient and accurate process to invest State funds and will no longer need to rely on phone calls, faxes, mailings or paper storage. Our intent is to conduct auctions at this website every quarter. The Treasury will make funds available as noted on the BidNH website.
